Natalie Decker is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor for the state of Florida who is passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families feel more understood, connected, and confident in navigating life’s challenges. She provides a warm, collaborative, and practical approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel safe being themselves while developing meaningful tools for growth and healing.
Natalie integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients who struggle with anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her work focuses not only on symptom relief, but also on helping clients build insight, resilience, and authentic confidence in who they are.
Natalie is also SPACE Certified (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), allowing her to work collaboratively with parents and families to support children experiencing anxiety and related emotional challenges. Through this approach, she helps families reduce accommodation patterns while strengthening confidence, connection, and long-term emotional resilience. Natalie believes therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and empowered. Her goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients can grow emotionally, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Natalie earned her Master of Science in Counseling Education from Palm Beach Atlantic University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of clinical settings. Her professional background includes working with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, supporting individuals experiencing sleep-related concerns, providing care within residential mental health treatment settings, and counseling individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Natalie has a particular passion for working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, ADHD, social development, and emotional regulation. She is committed to helping clients build practical skills, meaningful connections, and lasting confidence in their daily lives.
